The occupation goes into "Special Conditions" for one fact only, as per my knowledge and that is because the invitations were limited and they have offered and invited certain number of people. In your case you are saying that you have already lodged in for the Visa which means special conditions thing doesn't apply to you. it will be applicable to those putting in their EOI from now on!

Just a general enquiry.. at the time of lodging visa ....someone's occupation is available but after visa lodgement that particular occupation goes in "special conditions"...
Does this have any relevance(effect) on "visa grant"!!!!

If not then u can submit again with new improved ielts score...

What happened was, I got 8.5,8.7.5,6.5
For my IELTS and a private tutor said that put it for re-correction and I might able to get each 8. Because I required each 8 band.
That person took my money and said hw put it to re-correct and after a while gave me the certificate which have each 8 brand. I was really happy and thought I exactly got this results from re-assessment.
Therefor I applied for EOI and state sponsorship.
Little bit I know, it was a fake and a false certificate. So my application was rejected.

The decision was in the online system and
It says,

The Englis language test results provided could not be verified online. The online verification tool is accurate and uptodate. Therefor, this English language test result will not be accepted by immigration SA and the application is refused.

False Information

The provision of false information in support of any application to immigration SA, may not only result in the application being reduced, but is also a serious criminal offence under state and commonwealth laws. Such dishonest conducted may be prosecuted. If false information is provided in support of your application, immigration SA will also advice the Department of Home Affairs. This may result in a decision to refuse or cancle your visa.

Immigration SA have contacted IELTS and IELTS have advised that the English language test was altered.

So, I don't know anything else. I wish to know what can I do now.. Can I re-apply or not again..

Oh my god...
As all of us here are not migration agents and post replies only by our experience or someone else's experience..
Your case is something which requires a perfect professional advice and handling...
Kindly go to a well renowned migration agent who cud really guide you in this case and have a professional knowledge about wat else cud be done in this case...
They will advice you wat you have to do and only charge money if you hand over your case to them ...

Was it anywhere mentioned on the response that you are banned from applying in the future or so? I'm not blaming you, but you should have reconfirmed how the person managed to get you revised scorecard, especially when the IELTS system allows only the candidate with their own personal details to apply for a revaluation!

@MysticRiver have you ever come across any similar issue?

They will advice you wat you have to do and only charge money if you hand over your case to them

Am not entirely against agents, but many would hear the case out, and provide advice "only" if they are assigned the case and paid the money!

At most some processing delay if states prioritize processing for demanding occupations (not sure if they do). But it won't impact your grant.
