I have logged my 491 application on 23rd may 2023. Still status is showing further assessment..is there any issue ? Or how much time is to grant visa by immi for south Australia..

You're lucky that it is already in further assessment stage. We lodged the visa application in June 2022 but it is now in further assessment stage. Now that the processing times are increased to 22 months, we cannot predict by when the grant can be expected. Only thing we can do is remain patient!
