Hi Team - Need your inputs on 491 nomination for Victoria. I was going through eligibility requirements for applicants to apply for 491 with Victoria. https://liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au/migrate/skilled-migration-visas/491
It stats every applicant (including offshore) needs to produce an offer of employment. Can someone confirm if this is true? If it is, I dont know how is this even possible for offshore candidates Which employer would be willing to give an offer to a candidate whose processing could take months and is not even sure of getting a grant after the wait.
I was under the impression work is something we need to find once we start living in regional areas after the visa grant.
Any thoughts or assistance is much appreciated.
Thanks
