5 points for Dependent Competent English

Hi Team,
I have submitted by EOI with Dependent having Competent English with out any skill assessment. I am expecting 5 points should be included based on the points calculator in the IMMI. But my EOI is not considering 5 points for Competent English of partner.

Any help on this?

Did you gave all details of English test?

Can you check the below image? 5 points are not getting added after EOI submission
