Hi
Just finished my bachelor's in accounting, from Sydney NSW. I have 70 points with PTE 79 each minimum.
Will I qualify for state sponsorship (NSW)? and If I will then what is the average waiting time with these points.
thanks
Farhan

You do qualify for the state sponsorship yea.

and If I will then what is the average waiting time with these points.

DIBP doesn't releases enough data for us to predict and answer such a question accurately.

Thanks for your help

Sure it will be bizzare to expect complete accuracy in prediction, but I just want to know approximate/average/guess time, since I don't have as much insight as you on this matter.
Secondly
About qualification with 70 points: qualifying means a good possibility of getting invitation? or just joining the que?
Thanks

@farhan, furthermore, you are asking a question about 190, which is, like @Rakshanda said, almost blank in terms of data availability. For 189 though, you can have some sort of insight from the post linked below, where it shows Accountant skill has never received an invitation below 70 in a whole year. And a common rule of thumb is, you need at least 5 extra points for 190 compared to 189. So, if you are at 70 points WITHOUT state sponsorship (e.g. extra 5 points), you have a good chance, but otherwise, you might need to wait longer.

But again, these all are just wild guesses as we don't have enough data for 190.
