Australia Accessing to Immi account and my immigration data after granting visa

Hi I was granted a 190 visa and I moved to Australia, I still do not have an Australian passport I want to get a tourism visa to the USA. My question is: do American migration officers have access to my data of immi account? for example, if I said I was a mechanical engineer but in my profile on my USA visa application I tell I have a degree in civil engineering can they understand if I am telling a lie or not?
if they understand what the USA officers can do? can the USA officers report to the Immigration system of Australia or not?
