ACS assessmemt without work experience

I have just finished with the Masters in ICT from Norway. My question is that can i apply for ACS assessment without any work experience?

I don't think so, because you need minimum 2 years relevant work experience to meet suitability criteria, even if you have ICT major bachelor (in other cases, required experience may increase)

ACS require at least two years of experience in relevant field to provide positive assessment
