ACS ACS negative skill assessment-Degree cannot be assessed

Dear All,

Can you help this morning I received below negative response from ACS and I fail to understand the reason as I had submitted colored copies of my degree and marksheets.

Also for professional experience I had submitted, notarized affidavit, company letter stating non-issuance of experience letter, Bank statement, IT returns, payslips

For degree seems like they have not received the transcript as per their requirement or something went wrong with your document when you uploaded them. Also, for affidavit, have you submitted your declarant's employment details? if no then you have to submit as per ACS criteria Try asking them the reason or explanation what was the issue
