Dears,
I am employed in India for the past 2 years and 6 months. However ,I travel to Saudi Arabia on work visit Visa.I would have traveled more than 15 times working for various projects .Should I mention all of them in Affidavit or employee reference letter .Please Suggest.
Thanks in advance
Ideally no- as Long as your salary is credited in Indian account and your base location is India. However it is always good to mention this nature of work and travel in the affidavit - may be most appropriate to include in your R&R .If you had any prolonged stay in foreign country for your work - then add a new column.

Hello everyone,
I am preparing my documents to undergo ACS. I have a total of 4 employers in my career including the current one. I have managed to get reference letters from the first two employers. However the third employer doesn't have a policy to generate such letter and for the last employer which is my current I don't want to take the risk of getting such a letter as my manager will get notified about it.

My question: Does ACS mandatorily look for an explanation from employers that they do not give reference letter in case statutory declarations are provided. Thanks!

As per new rules, yes they want explanation though it is unclear how an organization will give if it is against their policy. I would suggest to officially email the employer and ask them the required certificates. If they respond you officially that they cannot provide, you can attach the email as a proof

You can use this template:

But instead of going with "This is to certify" you go with ACS recommendation for this kind of letter:

"I can confirm that (applicant name) carried out the duties and role specified in this document at (company name) as I was their (supervisor, colleague, manager etc.) who interacted with them and witnessed their work on a regular basis throughout their employment."

Then you proceed with your duties and so son. And don't forget the "Sworn Before"/"Signed Before"/"Witnessess Before". And of course your colleague must provide their contact details.

For more info please refer to ACS FAQ:

I CANNOT PROVIDE AN EMPLOYER REFERENCE
If you are unable to provide an employment reference on company letterhead, a third party official Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague can be provided.
It must describe your:
  • working relationship
  • duties performed
  • relevant dates of employment
It also needs to clearly state it was “Sworn Before” or “Signed Before” or “Witnesses Before” the authorised witness by the referee, signed by the authorised witness and include the date and place the declaration was witnessed.

Please submit with one of the following supporting evidence.
  • Payslips – preferably first & last
  • Human Resource statement or Service Certificate
  • Termination Letter with dates
And also have in mind that this doesn't guarantee by any means that ACS will accept your declaration. It's up to them. Good luck!
Hi, I have managed to obtain a SD with all the details apart from one thing. The SD contains the stamp of "before me" instead of "Sworn Before me". Do you think that will work?

Thanks
