Thanks @littlejohn and you are gonna tell me very soon about your results as well. Wrt RSA, I would leave it to DOHA to decide on it.
yep hope so... Fingers crosses..

I would say while you prepare for EOI apply for RSA as well, if they need anything they will ask and you will have an Idea what doc's are required by DHA as well. RSA will hardly take 5 working day if all docs are handy. However, when are you going to apply for EOI?

Ok I will take note of this as advised. I'm now preparing for PTE aiming for 20. So will be ready for EOI probably by next month only.

Further to my skill assessment, I would like seeking advise from forum members on the below clarification. Apologies on the elaborate version.

With regards to RESA, I have a clarification.
I will possess a total experience of 8 Years and 5 Months at the end of Aug 2019, in the last 10 yrs. I'm bit worried now as my 1st company (man power supply company) is no longer existing (contract with supplying company got dissolved). Some how, I have managed to get the R&R from the Admin Manager who was present that time and received the R&R indicating my then line manager’s name and contact details (manager in the deputed company; who has volunteered to support in case of back ground verification).

If 1st company experience is excluded, then my experience totals 7 yrs and 7 months only (by Aug '19), which falls below 8-10 yrs slab, leaving me at just 10 pts (depriving me of 5 more points). I desperately need 15 points in my case.

So what would be your advice here? Will it help at this stage if I qualify my RSA with EA (to have a feel of the documents required/ any evidence for that matter) by getting all documents. Do you think the salary is a concern there (11,000 INR P/M - being less or so compared to market standards - I only have the bank account statement where salary was credited being endorsed by chartered accountant with tax filing / bank manager; no salary slips provided back then) ?

What will happen if visa CO doesn't agree to that particular experience? Will it be delayed or will they terminate my application for wrong claim?

I understand, I’m gonna have tough time managing Visa CO after EOI stage.

Looking forward for alternative solutions.

Regards,

Congratulations buddy. Now go ahead and launch your EOI. Also, update your timeline.
My timeline as follows:
April 09, 2019 - Submitted my application on fast track as time was limited.
May 10, 2019 - CO pointed out to rewrite CE2 with more info (graphs, tables, calcs, design points) and to write new CE3, bonafide letter from University (mismatch in name on passport and degree certificate; its quite usual for Indians bearing full name / surname on passport as compared to other documents) , clarifications on R&R, PTE score to be sent online, High resolution PP copy.
June 05, 2019 - Submitted the revised CE2, new CE3 along with written justifications / letter to CO thanking for 2nd chance; included all documents that were integral part and sources for my CE's (every CE included 75mb file as additional attachment; I know this is too much, but didn't want to leave room for CO to further probe in to details) although CO did not ask for it and responses to above observations.
June 17, 2019 - Interim, CO contacted seeking PTE username and password; CO had problems viewing my PTE score report.
June 18, 2019 - Responded back to CO with PTE website login credentials and acknowledgement copy received from pearson website for sending the score reports to EA.
June 24, 2019 - Been refreshing the outcome verification page with details filled in for every 5 mins (since 1 week prior to receiving the notification) Voila! (12.01 ACT) Received positive outcome as PE for 233512 .

Total duration: 2.5 Months

The threads relating to drafting response to CO unleashed the skills within me! Thanks a ton to the wonderful forum members.

what is there with the specific month- August 2019? if you are not going to be 33y.o by August'19, its worth waiting for 5 more months.

So what would be your advice here? Will it help at this stage if I qualify my RSA with EA

Provide as many documents which can support your claim and give all genuine explanations to support the missing documents. ₹11,000 p.m, 8 years before shouldn't be an issue.

What will happen if visa CO doesn't agree to that particular experience? Will it be delayed or will they terminate my application for wrong claim?

If you have successful RESA from EA, you are good to go.
If not, you are taking a chance and in any unfortunate situation if CO is not satisfied with your claim, the visa application will be rejected and need to apply a new one. (By that time, you would have attained 5 more points due to continuing current skilled experience.)

My advise is, go for RESA, try to convince the assessing officer by submitting all supporting documents and a strong and genuine explanation to support missing documents. it hardly takes 3-5 days for the outcome. Good luck for the positive assessment.

Totally agree with PK in this, if you go with RESA you will get to know where you stand with your docs with less time wastage. If you wait for the immi dept to do this they will take a lot of time and you never know their results.

Just to add, surely RSEA gives your case an extra edge when DHA validate your employment, but DHA reserves full right to discard any part of the experience which they think lacks evidence even though EA (or any other assessment authority) approves.

Absolutely, as @MysticRiver said, RSEA is recommended but not mandatory. Hence, it is like a pre-examination of your experience but the final call will be taken by DHA.

Hi All,

I have an approved RSEA by EA but I’m in doubt that there's a chance that CO will not consider it as relevant.
as for my own point of view and understanding of 2335 description versus to the R&R my previous employer gave me, it is somehow not relevant although EA stated so that it is.
Is submitting a new R&R to EA for a new RSEA which is much related to 2335 code a good idea?
or on your PoV, is my R&R, good to go?

Thanks

A positive RSEA strengthen your case but of course, DHA does its own verification. I personally don't think a new RSEA is required, instead, you can have an updated letter adding a few additional tasks in your old letter.

is it questionable by CO?
or submitting a new one is questionable
but
submitting an updated letter with few additional tasks is fine?

Well, I can't tell how your specific CO will think. But usually, a few changes in the experience letter don't cause a big hassle. But again, I can't be sure.

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
