General Advice on Chemist-234211 invitation

I am looking for some guidance on my Chemist profile. I am residing offshore. I am getting approximately 70 points (without state sponsorship's) What is the probability of getting an invite for 189/190/491 SC. Experts please advise if i will get any invite or not? is it worth applying at all? Assessment is yet to be initiated and if needed, i can go with a priority processing. Below are the details.
Age: 30 points.
Education: 15 points. (Masters in Organic chemistry)
Exp: 5 points for 4 yrs. (assuming it will be a +ve assessment from Vetassess)
PTE: 10 points.
Spouse: 10 points (She is into IT domain with 3 yrs exp., Assessment from ACS to be done)

Once again, please advice guys at the earliest. Thank you.

Based on your education and employment history, I think you are a pure offshore applicant without any onshore job offers. I suggest you dont waste your money and time.

For 189, you can increase your score by getting 20 in English so it can increase your chances. Since your occupation is not pro-rata you might be invited soon. Check the recent invitation trends against your occupation

Yeah, i don't have any onshore job offer. But how about giving it a shot for DAMA pogram? It has the occupation that i am now? will that be of any helpful?
DAMA is a part of employer sponsorship visa,u must have a job offer.

I roughly check all 16 state skill programs including 8 states, both 190 and 491. You are unable to apply any one of them at this moment based on your background and occupation. I guess yiu dont have any family members lived in Australian regional are. So, the only pathway to your pr is 189. However, you must to have 90 EOI score at this moment.

Thank you for the suggestion. Where can we check for the invitation trends? Is it in the immitracker?
Immitracker can give you a good idea. Also you can use this forum's statistics section

OH!!! Thank you for the reply. I need to see if i can get 10 points bump up in PTE and then also will be getting only 80. Got to wait for another year or so to get additional 5 points on exp. With that also, i think i might be reaching to 85 in the best case and i will still falling short by 5/10 points as per your advice. :banghead:
