I got PR visa grant letter in mail from DHA. I am also able to see grant letter in my immi account.
Is there any further process to do?

I understood, Next step is book flight tickets & complete Covid-19 procedure to reach Australia. Correct?

No. Just download my vevo app and check your visa status.

Also, before planning to go to Australia, prepare all the covid related pre-conditions as they are changing frequently

@mohsinciddiki I have a question.. when you were granted pr when you were offshore, did you need to apply for a ETA/tourist visa into australia to make your first entry?
Once you have received a resident class visa, you are a permanent resident of Australia. Initial Entry Date is a visa condition, it does not "activate" your visa like in the US system. You do not require permission to fly to Australia at this point, simply keep evidence of that visa grant (such as the grant letter) just in case you need to prove your eligibility to enter Australia upon boarding your flight.

No. Your immigration status will automatically be updated in Australian visa system which upon verification from airport staff, can be verified. You need to just land Australia before your initial entry date

Bro - My IED is expired and couldnt fly due to COV restrictions- i got a generic auto reply letter from DIBP that IED conditions are taken away and we can enter anytime before visa validity date. Is this still hold true?

If you got a letter from Home Affairs, why ask us? Their word is the official word. You can ask them to provide you a travel facilitation letter if you are unsure if you will have problems boarding a flight.
