I am 32 yo right now and currently waiting for invitation to apply for state nomination. Lets say i get invited (still 32 yo) to apply for state nomination and we know that it would take around 8-12 weeks after that to get invited for 190 visa application. What if i already turned 33 by the time i got invited for 190 visa application, will that affect my visa application result? For example, state invited me with 75 points at 32 yo but then i got the 190 invite at 33 yo reducing to 70 points now and somehow there is inconsistency in the points declared in EOI. Hope someone can advise me on this. Thanks!

That's a good question, I have been searching for a practical case which clarifies this once and for all.

In theory, your claims are supposed to be true on the day of invitations, not nomination. But once a state gives you nomination based on your claim and takes 8-12 weeks to verify, it would be unfair for the applicant if DHA still tries to validate on the day of invitation instead of nomination.

Thanks for your reply @MysticRiver. I do hope they will assess carefully in validating the points for this case.
