what are the chances that my visa application for PR gets rejected,
I believe you're the first one, who has asked this question!!
Not being rude, but no-one can provide you with an answer to that. I understand the frustration and tension it's causing, but the question is illogical.

No let me say you the way I thought , ANESCO code means Australia and newzeland standard code for occupation

So if I file a applicant for pr in Australia my details will be shared with newzeland data base too , so will the immigration team will not think like this person is trying to enter the country in either way and take a action against it

That’s why I raised this concern ,

I don't think it'll be an issue because:
  • We are talking about different countries (no matter if they share the same skill list)
  • Applying for PR with an existing student visa is very common. I have seen the opposite cases rejected, i.e. a person applied for a student visa after his PR was rejected was denied a student visa as well on the ground that he was using student visa just to enter Australia
  • You'll have 5 years' entry permit to Australia with your PR. So, even asked, you can easily say that you intend to permanently move to Australia after finishing your business school in NZ. This is a very logical choice rather than waiting for your MBA to finish before applying for Australian PR.
