NSW Apply with or without spouse? 190/491 visa

Dear all,

I have few inquiries which I need to resolve as per latest update of NSW state nomination subclass 190/491.

Background:

• Offshore
• 29 years old
• Married
• Civil engineer (ANZSCO 233211)
• NAATI CCL Certified
• Language proficiency - superior
• No work experience

Case:
My total score without including spouse for 190 subclass is 85, and 80 with spouse (given that we can get language proficiency score of 5).. for 491 I can get score of 100 without spouse, and 95 with spouse.

Inquiry:
Should I apply for 190 visa without spouse then get her of a partner visa afterwards to ensure PR, or should I go with the 491 visa together, or should we both apply for 190 (with total score of 80) and hope to get a positive outcome?

Hey .. I guess you should go with spouse . As the visa processing is itself tedious and getting partner visa later will be much of a task. Especially in current scenario where there is a lot of border issues for offshore applicants .
And you have a very fair chance for invitation
I’m recently married and I applied with spouse with total of 75 for 190. Let’s keep our fingers crossed
