Hi, I have 10+ yrs of Software Development experience. I have changed 4 companies in these many years and now working in the 5th company for last 5 yrs. As per ACS Skills Assessment Guidelines
Each employment reference must contain:
• Description of Duties Performed – Required to determine the relevance of the experience to the nominated occupation.
Normally in India for majority of the companies, in the relieving letter only designation and period of service is mentioned and nothing is mentioned regarding roles and responsibilities. Also after so many years , managers/leads I have worked with may not be present in the same company or HR will not have any information about my duties. So how am I supposed to provide such information to ACS or is there any way out to get my skills assessed?
