Hi ,

My situation slightly changed, I am travelling back to my country and working from offshore and my current 457 visa will be canceled as I will move.

Most likely, I am expecting an invitation in december at least in the second round for my EOI which is applied for business analyst code in August with 65 points. I am short of 1.5 months for my overseas experience so when I move to my country i will start building my 5 points and hope to get 70 points in december so this the confidence I do have.

My question if my visa application is in processing status while I am in my country and if I need to come back again to Australia then Can I travel again, if my company again apply for business visitor class 600 visa or 457 visa not sure which one they apply at that time? Would someone eligible to apply for another VISA if his/her 189/190 visa application is in processing status?

Thanks for your help and time.

Yes, that is possible, you can apply multiple Visas. When your 189 visa will be granted, it'll automatically replace your 457 visa. If you have your 189 granted before your 457, withdraw your 457 visa request.

Thanks Mystic for your response so another question, would my company get to know that I have applied for 189 VISA when they process my other 457 or 600 VISA?

Well, I am not sure about that, whether your company be informed by DIBP or not. Is there any specific reason you are concerned about that?

Not exactly as this is my choice to go ahead with the 189 VISA but they might have some concern which may impact me in some way. I am just overthinking but anything can be possible. I think, I am good and really not concern about what my company thinks :) Thanks Mystic.
