SA Chances of getting invited for 190 when applying for both 190 and 491

Hi All,
I work as a ICT Business Analyst and am planning on submitting the EOI soon. My question is if I submit for both 491 and 190, what are my chances of getting invited for 190? Will Migration SA consider inviting me for 491 over 190 if I apply for both? I have to apply for both due to the fact that I have lived and studied in Victoria prior to moving to South Australia. Since then (in the last 3 years) I have studied and completed Master in Information Technology and professional year and am also working full time for almost a year. Will the State consider these points and invite me to apply for 190? Or the possibility of that happening is slim? Do any of you know anyone who have been invited to apply for 190 by SA, even though they have lived in another Australian state?
I will really appreciate any and all answers regarding this.
Much appreciated.
Thanks
Nil.

Cannot be predicted as for 190, there is no official data available so it is better to apply for both separately and wait for their response

Condition 1.3.4 applies in your case if you are currently in South Australia ( since you are residing and working full time here for last 1 year). So you can apply for 190.

Hi Guys,
Hope all of you are doing well.
Can any of you tell me if I buy a land/house in regional South Australia though I live in Adelaide, will that show my commitment to the state? Like I mentioned below, I have lived in Victoria for few years before moving to SA. I am concerned that this might impact my 190 application and they might just refuse it or give me 491. Hence, I was wondering if I invest in a small plot of land in remote SA and mention that in the supporting letter, will that be enough to prove my commitment to the state?
Please advise.
Thanks

This will definitely add benefit in your commitment state but I don't understand how they will grant you 491 instead of 190? Both visas are separate and need to apply separately. And if you have lived in one state previously and now applying for another state after fulfilling their requirement, they won't reject you based on the previous state residence

You commitment to state need to be described through your own words, you don't have to submit any proof for this. Like ,the reason for relocating from VIC to SA, special interests with SA, your future plans in SA etc.
If you buy a land in regional SA, then you must prove that it is not just for investment ( or for getting visa) purpose.... that you are going to use the land for some purpose like, farming/building home etc.
