Change of Date of birth in PTE exms after getting score card

Hi I have a query regarding my date of birth in PTE exms. I gave the PTE exms 2 months ago and got my score card. But by mistake, I filled my wrong DOB, but I didn't check before. But today after 2 months, when I open my account, I saw my mistake. Can anyone suggest me please, what should I do now? Do I need to submit any form to PTE so that they will change my DOB on score card?

i want to chmge my dob in my pte score card
i take my test about 10 days ago when i got my pte result card i acme to know that i have entered wrong date of birth i want to correct it could you help me thanks inadvance
