Clarification in NOC

With regards to Canada.I have 1.5 years of experience in NOC 0 and 1.5 years of experience in NOC A. Can I show total experience of 3 years or only work experience of one NOC code can be shown. The CIC website where CRS score is checked states that work experience should be only in one occupation.check attachment. Quick response highly appreciated.

I am asking because most of the people on Quora are saying that it can be in different NOC and work ex can be in different domain. Thats why I am asking.
