General Clarification regarding vaccination certificate

As Victoria and NSW now open for fully vaccinated residents, needed a clarification on the vaccination certificate. My vaccination certificate has my name as per the national ID where the initials are not expanded and also there is no provision to enter last name while vaccination. As it appears that the name should match with the given name on the passport, is it ok to have my given name with initials on the vaccination certificate and travel ? Any one travelled recently - it would be really helpful if some one can provide information regarding this. My passport is linked with the certificate. Thanks in advance ---

I recommend contacting local Australian High Commission for clarification.
