1. I have provided a bank statement download from 1apr2016 to Dec 2018 (2.5years). That reflects 2 companies salary credit every month. Do need to provide 5+years bank statement or so ? Any guidelines from previous co asks.
2. I have given notarized document for all companies including roles responsibilities as well as relieving letters of all companies . Is there more ask by CO ?

How many years of experience did you claim for points?

Notarization was not required. Anyway, CO can ask anything like payslips, bank statements, tax returns etc.

I would just submit all, if possible.

Not necessarily. He can ask more documents later, if he wants. I have seen COs asking for documents 3/4 times.

There is no point for holding any documents. You should submit as many relevant documents as you can.

Can you be more specific on what documents been asked for ? It will help others as well.

@MysticRiver so what about if co ask further documents for employment and if we gave up all documents initially at least we should have 1 or 2 documents for later stage to justify what is your opinion in this regard.

1 Employment Contract
2 Reference Letter/Job Exp Letter
3 Pay Slips
4 Promotion Letter
5 Salary increment Letter
6 Salary Certificate (In form of Salary Receive Cash)
7 Appraisal Letter

It doesn't work like that. It's not like CO counts how many documents applicants submit and then decide whether or not to ask for more. It's just whether he feels any document is missing or not.

There is no point of suggestion in your condition. Responses to this kind of scenario largely depends on the individual CO's mindset, and vary a lot. So, all you can do from your part, until you listen (or not) from your CO, is to submit as many documents as you can and wait patiently for your CO's response. If your CO asks for additional documents and you have no means of providing that, write a letter explaining the reason (and/or efforts you have taken to gather that documents) for not having that.

I got my grant.... :)

  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
