Can any one help me out for the below inquiry:

Suppose on my all eductional documents the name is Hafiz X Y Z

while on Passport and resident permit the name is X Y Z.

So there would be any problem in the process including Skill assessment and later stages.

If Yes, whats the solution for this?

I had a similar issue where my father's name was included on all educational documents and it was not mentioned as a middle name in the passport.
I provided the agent in EA with an official letter from university certifying that Mr. X Y(father's name) Z holding the degree of .... is the same person X Z holding the passport ref... According to our traditions in the middle east, the father's name is usually written on the degree as a middle name.

I already had a positive outcome from the relevant assessing body of my nominated occupation, and i believe if you provided a similar attestation from your university, you shouldn't face any problem with your application.

Good luck!

I have a similar case, though ACS didn't have any problems with that, but to be on a safer side, I just provided the affidavit stating both the names belong to the same person. Format is easily available on web.

Personally speaking, my wife has the same issue. Her passport and all the IDs have one name and all the educational certificates have another. :D
We had submitted the one and same person affidavit while lodging, on a stamp paper attested by notary from India, and last month the CO contacted for a clarification. S'he wanted an explanation on how the certificates had the different name (since there was a middle name in it compared to just the given name and surname on passport). Have provided the reason and now waiting for the application to be finalized.
