Dear friends,
since ACS modified the guidelines for the skills assessment, I read here https://www.acs.org.au/msa/skills-faqs.html::
"ACS does not require documents to be certified as true copies of the original. Documents need to be submitted as high quality colour scans."
Also, in their guidelines I read: "If submitting electronic documents with digital signatures, it must be verifiable".
All my employment reference letters are in the right format and they include e-signatures as images of the signature of the HR director or similar.
However they are not digitally signed, I can't verify them with any PDF software.
I asked the new documents digitally signed, but all my previous employers cannot provide verifiable digital signatures.
How can I submit my documents to ACS being sure they will not refused for this reason?
Is there a procedure my previous employer could follow to make the documents valid?
Can I still print them and certify them as "true copies" through a lawyer? What can I do?
Many thanks
