Hi MysticRiver,

I received an email from [email protected] asking for additional information on the 22nd of September, 2016 which are as follows:

1. Please provide details of how you occupied your time and financially supported yourself for the periods-........

2. Employment history

3. Education information

I should mention that I have uploaded all requested documents including form 80 and form 1221 on the 30th of August, 2016 but I do not know why they want me to provide all this information again.

Additionally, in the beginning of email sent by [email protected], there are some explanations like this:

Please note that Skilled Support is responsible for obtaining the information requested below in order to facilitate the smoother processing of your application. Skilled Support is not responsible for assessing your application and therefore Skilled Support does not respond to status update requests.

If you have already been allocated a case officer, please continue to communicate directly with them regarding your application.

If you do not have a case officer allocated, please refer to the following page for allocation timeframes:

Please provide the following information/documents as soon as possible within 28 days of this email request.

It is not unusual, rather a common scenario where some other team (who collects data on team's behalf, not assess your application) ask for additional info.

Don't be anxious at every step, rather just provide what they ask. Asking any further documents doesn't indicate any problem.

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
