Hi Everyone,
I have a query regarding documents for my 1st employment that is from 2012-2016. Can someone please confirm if this documents are enough for Positive assessment?
1. Experience letter on companies letterhead but without Roles & Responsibility.
2. Affidavit from a colleague, with his relieving letter.
3. Form 16 for all the years.
4. 2-3 Payslips only for year 2016. (Employer is not ready to provide payslips for 2012-2015)
5. Have bank statements with employers name from year 2014-2016, prior to that bank statements does not have employers name, it's just mentioned 'Salary Credited'.
6. "Salary certificate" on companies letterhead.
As it is clearly mentioned in Payment Evidence section that Payslips and Bank statements should be provided for start and end of the year, not sure what to do?

Hi @mohsinciddiki ,
I got mail below mail from ACS,

Please upload the following documents into the Online Application Form:
  • A copy of your Resume/CV
  • Please upload ALL your documents after re-naming them. Please ensure the documents are not password protected or corrupted.
    • Example on how to re-name the document - Colour copy of Passport
Though I have uploaded Resume and passport in Identification section, do I need to upload it again?
Regarding there second point, do I need to upload all documents again by renaming them.

Please let me know ASAP, as I have to upload them within 2 days.

Thanks

Not really, just cover all the details mentioned in your ACS profile and whatever you are being assessed
Thanks @mohsinciddiki
I uploaded all the documents again. I have consolidated all the documents and created PDF portfolio for each employment and education. But again got their mail, to upload single pdf and not pdf portfolio.
I created pdf portfolio, because while combining all documents with form 16, it's asking me password whereas my form 16 doesn't contain any password.
I read somewhere in this group that we can create pdf portfolio as well so done the same.

Please suggest me something what can be done?

Hi All,

I recently got a contract with a new start up IT based company.

My query is the contract is for 20 Hours work and I will get the pay via ABN. For this, I need to send Invoices fortnightly to the company and then the company will forward me a fortnightly pay.

My question is will the invoices on ABN be countable as salary slip evidence when I assess my work experience with ACS?

Its better to upload individual item to make it easier to understand. Name them properly as per ACS guidelines

Sorry but didn't got your point.

For 1st employment I have combined affidavit and payment evidence and created single pdf portfolio for it and named it like Employment1-abc technology.pdf. and done the same for other employments and education.

They don't accept PDF portfolio? To retain the digital signature for tax documents, I have created PDF portfolio.

You should submit:
1. Employement 1 - affidavit
2. Employment 1 - payslip
3. Employement 1 - bank statement

like this

Portfolio sometimes create issue at their end
