Guide Dual citizenship with different DOB.

Hi All,
I'm trying to apply for 190 visa, currently on-shore. My son has dual citizenship. On the first passport where he born, his birthday is 10 June 2010 which match his birth certificate. The second passport is based on the translated copy of the birth certificate, the translated copy is done by the officials in my country and they mistakenly translated it to 10 July 2010 and his passport have this DOB. Now fixing that would require a court and be physically present in my country. We entered Australia based on his second passport (the one with wrong DOB) because we applied from his second country.
My Question if I provide all the facts (both passports, both birth certificates, and affidavit) would that be enough for the case officer. Any insights are very useful.
Many thanks

I was wondering what can you say in the affidavit? I mean, it's common to explain the same about name, but for DOB it would be a bit unusual.

I am not so sure how the CO will react to it, but I think you should correct it anyway as soon as you can.

The best is to correct the DOB in his second passport by visiting the local consulate of passport country in Australia
