Does Electronics Engineer or Telecommunication Engineer with 70 + 5 (state sponsorship) =75 has better chances to get invitation after new financial year 2019? Am as well waiting for 263311 telecommunication with 75 point for 189 there is any chance in this year ... and my question is that there if somebody have work experience so that effect to get invitation faster instead if you haven’t experience?

189 invitations are strictly based on total points and DOE - point distribution doesn't matter.
