Thank you very much. My work experience is from 2012 to 2018 but I onlu got salary in account from 2016. And I do have only 8 salary slips for the experience between 2012-2014. Is this safe to proceed without these documents or what I can do?

How did this experience ( 2012 to 2016) go with the skill assessment? If you have a positive skill assessment for this experience, then it should be fine ( though no one can predict what the case officer thinks while filing the visa application). Did you claim this period in EOI?

If you didn't claim this experience in EOI, you dont have to submit the proof for Migration SA.

Thanks for the clarification, let me briefly expalin you my situation.

2012 July to 2014 Feb company1 India( Acs don't consider this as skilled employment as per ACS rules for dedcution of first 2 year experience. So I have mentioned this exp in EOI but not claming point)

2014 March to 2018 Feb Company2 ( ACS considered s exp after 2014 July as i.e around 3.5 skilled. But my salry was cash in hand and the emplyer start paying in bank from oct 2015)

2018- remain working in Company 3 Australian company( Acs consider 1 year exp as skilled)

The docs do I have for Company 3:
Reference letter.
Pay slips.
Banks statement.
Payg statement.

Company2
Salary slip 2014 -2015 oct as cash.
Salary slip after 2015 oct in bank.
Bank statement after 2015 oct.
ITR
Appointment letter
Offer letter
Relieving letter.

Company1:
8 salary slips in total hand written.
No bank statement
ITR for 2013 and 2014 only not for 2012
Appointment letter
Reference letter
Releving letter.

I have not submitted SA nomination yer, as I am afraid aboy the cas salary and other docs. I'm in aus on student visa and will able to get work visa after completion of study. The reason Of my fear is if my application will get rejected I will lose 3 year visa as well. Please help, what is the possibility? Is this fine to go with state nomination and apply 190 visa if got invitation or what will be good for me ?

Migration SA won't take any decision on your visa, they will either approve the nomination or reject the nomination. you will only lose the nomination application fee (around $200 i think).

For any visa application you should submit the proof for the points claimed in EOI. So if you claimed points for the experience from 2014 to 2015 OCT, you need to provide the proof for this period.
since you don't have the salary slip, bank statement, ITR, PF etc for this period, you may need to fetch other proofs such as appointment letter, Service letter clearly stating the period of employment (and your roles and responsibilities) and any reference letter from your boss.

Thanks for the reply, If I will not claim any point for the experience from 2014 to 2015 OCT, is there still the chance of getting verification?

Invitation is not entirely based on your claimed points. you only need to qualify the minimum points for the PR.

Migration SA will consider your case based on your previous experiences ( you don't have to submit all proofs, your current employment in SA and your future commitment to SA.

There is a high change to get invitation from SA.

Thanks, just wanted to reconfirm may I not claim point for 2012-2018 experience?

Without claiming that point I have 70 points that meet the basis requirement.

I don't have concern about State nomination, I'm afraid about the visa officer after getting nomination. Do you think, is there low chances of getting employment varification if points are not claimed?

it's upto you how much point need to be claimed.
But you don't have to provide all proof for unclaimed experiences.

i didn't claim points for my experience from 2008 to 2015, but i mentioned them in my visa application and submitted the available docs.

Thanks very helpful. If you don't mind I have other issue with ACS. Mu degree was completed in 2011 but I had some reappears, so my last exam got cleared in 2014dec and I got awarded degree certification in 2015 dec. But at the time of ACS form filling I put the 2011 as completion date. And they also assessed it positively but migration agent said this is wrong as you cant assessed employment before qualification completed. Is there any solution for this problem?

Don't know the solution, but the degree completion date is the date mentioned in your completion certificate. in your case, 2015 December.

Thanks for the help. I will try to contact with ACS.

I don't think you need to contact ACS, as they are aware about your degree completion date and they assessed you based on that. ( hope you submitted your completion certificate for ACS assessment)

But you may choose to opt out the employment period before Dec 2015 for claiming any points, if you are not confident.
