EOI Date of Effect

I am unmarried at the moment and submitted EOI for 189 with 85points (75points plus 10 points for single) on 3 November , 2019 .
My question is - if i marry now and my partner has competent English and skill assessment done - then if i update my EOI with partner details (still total remains same = 85 points as 75+10 for skilled partner according to new rules) - my date of effect will change or not ?
Since the total points are 85 in both cases - will DOE change ?

Most probably yes, but nobody has tried so far. What you can do is to check in a dummy EOI (and delete that once your experiment is done).
