Hello All,

I am applying for Subclass 189 Visa for 261312 (Developer Programmer).

I currently have 75 points. In my skill assessment it was written (after 2 years deduction):
The following employment after May 2014 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261312 (Developer Programmer) of the ANZSCO Code.

As on today, I should have completed 5+years and hence I should be getting 5 additional points (making it total of 80 points). But EOI is not updated automatically.

I have been employed in 3 companies:
COMPANY 1 - 23rd May, 2012 to 3rd September, 2017
COMPANY 2 - 11th September, 2017
to 2nd November, 2018
COMPANY 3 - 5th November, 2017
to PRESENT

Total Gap: 9 days (7 + 2)

Will I be getting my EOI updated around 10th June, 2019?

Is there a contact I can reach out to in Skill Select?

Thanks,
Ankit

You should have that additional 5 points added once you have cumulatively 5 years (i.e., after 9 days).

Did you mark your 1st employment 'as relevant' in the EOI? Probably if you marked it as 'not relevant' it might not be counting your days, since you mentioned your employment assessment is acceptable after May 2014.

Hi Hassaan,

Thank you for your response.

I have marked all my employments as relevant.
Is this employment related to the nominated occupation? Yes

I hope as the administrator replied that it will be after 9 days, I will get points by June 10th. With 80 in 189 and 85 in 195 on June 10th, when can I expect the invitation?

Regards,
Ankit
