Hi there,
I am offshore but lodged an EOI a few months back for a 190 visa (just so that It was pending) but since Friday, that particular state (NSW) has changed the requirements so that only people residing for 3 months in the state are eligible. If i was to get an invite now I wouldn't meet the requirements (due to not residing in NSW in the past 3 months) so is it a good idea for me to suspend this EOI for now until the 3 month in that state rule changes? I'm guessing this rule may not change until the borders reopen next year so this probably will be a long time before I unsuspend?
Thank you
