Error in 'My Health Declaration Form'

Buba told me to do additional chest x-ray from local chest clinic. It has been almost 1.5 months, i didn’t hears anything from chest clinic. So, my visa application is pending. Confuse what to do??
If someone help me to give some info will be great.

Your local clinic had access to provide your report directly to BUPA?

Hi,
By mistake I choose wrong option in SA 491 visa application in health selection.
1. I choose “no” for “did you have health in last 12 months”.
But actually I have health examination done in 12 months. How to correct it now.
