Fortunately i didnt show my experience while i was doing my bachelors degree 2 years program as i was under impression out of given 11 years experience i can get 8 years points however it didnt happened that way. should i apply for re-assessment?

You should always submit all the experience and qualification to ACS because ACS considers all the possibilities and award you the best one.

The deduction is made from the total experience, irrespective of whether they were completed before or after you earned your degree. So, if you have pre-qualification degree, it will help you offset some deducted years.
