Here is how you find your NOC category
This will give you some options. Check if any of them seem to be the right occupation. If this does not work:
  • press the “back” button,
  • choose the option that sounds most like your field, and
  • see if any of the occupations on the list match your occupation.
If the description and list of main duties match what you did at your last job(s), you can count this experience for points.
 
Hi,

I have created my express entry profile on CIC with IT experience (based on verifiable work experience from one of my friends company) however i do work in shipping industry currently...now if i change my work experience to shipping ...does it impact my immigration if i receive ITA in future? Should i need to justify this change? How pls guide

As long as the claims you made in your profile and in the assessment are true, I don't think there will be a problem.
 
Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
