Hi, I am to immigrate (started the process)

I have 189 (70points), 190 (75points), 489 (80points)
I have to file for EOI, which subclass should i choose? which subclass has the highest chances of being getting ITA ? How much funds needs to be shown for all subclassess ? What is least score one should have to get picked up?

And is in 489 subclass do we have return to our old country as it is not a PR visa??
Thanks

What is your Occupation code? You need to check if your occupation falls under MLTSSL or STSOL and accordingly choose the subclass. 189 is the most preferred but recent trend has made it difficult to get an invite under this subclass unless you have higher points i.e. 75+. Funds requirements is usually for state nominations hence you need to visit respective state websites in order to verify the same. 65 is the score to be eligible but for an invite, you will have to wait for recent updates as the financial year just started. You can refer last year data for your info though. Finally, 489 is a work visa and not a PR. Hence, you are eligible for 887, which is a PR, after serving 489 conditions.
