Hi Guys,

Looks like i have not created an immi account and it was not required before as the EOI submitted through the skillselect account. Now i need to obtain a Health check referral letter with a so called HAP ID and i can't figure out how to get this letter. The DIBP site says to log into the immi account and get the letter via my health declarations , i created a immi account now and i don't see that option there. Please help.

why you need to do health check before hand? You can wait until you get an invitation and you lodge application..
It is not recommended to do pre-medical checkup.

Many thanks Raksh and SC189 ,I've updated the timeline. Yes , i see it is not recommended but actually i was thinking that it may speed up the process. However i decided to lodge and wait for the CO to ask for it.

Hi Guys , i just saw this thread and frightened to death.

https://www.migrationdesk.com/threads/hearbreaking-news.42307/#post-49418

Seems that there is a possibility of similar case affecting to me as well. (since it is almost two months to july). I feel like it is not a bad idea to do the medical test prior to lodge the visa application ?. (As a precaution). Kindly advice

If you saw that thread, you must have read all the posts inside as well, and then you must have found out that I strongly feel the conclusion from the agents absurd.

You will rarely find such exceptions, and mostly its due to Agent's absurd behaviors. @MysticRiver is right about it. They dont provide you proper visibility.

i'm facing a issue that is, i applied for subclass 500 visa and uploaded all other documents through immi account except medical report because health examination link is not generating hap id, which is necessary for medical test. When i clicked on the link health examination, A notification displayed " Try again later , application could not proceed this time." this is happening for 11day and so on.

That is a known issue by DIBP as of the moment. If you log-in to your ImmiAccount you will see this message

Unplanned System Issue – My Health Declarations Form

Some clients are receiving a message that the service is temporarily unavailable when attempting to submit their My Health Declarations form. Our technical team are currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution.

Hey Mystic,

I am on a student visa which will expire on 15th March 2018.

I am looking to apply for PR and I have put my EOI recently with 70 points for Software Engineer role.
I am hoping to receive an invitation within the next 2 invitation rounds at least.

As my visa expiry date is nearing, please advice if I should keep my medical examination ready.

Thanks,
Prasad Chikane.

As soon as you submit your visa application, you will get a bridging visa which will allow you to stay in Australia even if your student visa expires until DIBP decides on your PR application. So, it doesn't matter (in that sense) if you do your medical or not.

Hi i have a situation regarding my visa and would like to know if you guys have any idea on what im supposed to do

Heres what happen. I generated a HAP id prior to submiting my visa which gave ne a hap id #1

Then i lodged my visa application, and i was unaware that during lodgement they will give me a different hap id which is hap id #2

The next day march 12 i went to the medical examiner and got me tested for labs and i used my hap id #1

Now the results of my medical might appear on my hap id#1 which is a health declarations instead of my lodged visa

:( i dont know what to do the embassy here doesnt also know what to do

Use the "Update Us" button in your ImmiAccount to let your CO know the situation.

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
