After submitting my EOI for ANZSCO 233311-Electrical Engineer with 70+5, I got acceptance in 6 days. Then I applied for Visa Nomination, but unfortunately after complete 12 weeks they have rejected my application. Now I want to reapply? Should I need to submit a new EOI? What are the procedures?

@Rawfoon - what was the reason for rejection?
As far as I know, you will have to lodge a new EOI but I don't know if it'll do any good as they already rejected. Check their website for details.

It also happened in the past with VIC nomination, they initially chose an applicant and later reject the final nomination. You need to start over, but just make sure there is no cooling period mentioned by VIC. They usually impose a 6 months' cooling period.

Thanks. I need to know from where six months is counted? Is it from the submission of application or from the date of rejection? Should I go for new submission of EOI?

I believe from the rejection date. But not necessarily you are subject to this, you should check the email where they denied your nomination for any such criteria.
