Hmm, I didn't know you have PC against each address. I know processes of at least 4 countries, everywhere the PC used to investigate all your past history. (what is the point of PC for each address anyway? Did you mean that if you commited some crime while you are in dome old home, that doesn't reflect in your PC taken for your new address? Very strange).

Anyway, I never recommend to forge any information. Even if your statement is correct (address-wise PC), I would give full and correct residential history with PC from latest address only. Had they asked for other PC later, I'd take action then.

Q1) How much time is taken by DIBP or GSM Adelaide? I have completed their requirements and submitted the additional documents (for 189 permanent visa) which were asked by them. Is there any rough estimate of the time required by them for 189?
Q2) I have heard that normally GSM office gives priority to 190 & 489 more than the 189 visa class and processes those applications faster & earlier (especially for third world countries like Pakistan).
Q3) Is it possible to apply for state sponsorship while my application is there with the GSM office for 189 visa decision?
Q4) My points will reduce after 1-Sep as my age bracket will change. What can i do to apply for the 190 visa to save time? Currently I applied for 189 with 60 points. So if the GSM office delays my 189 application then my points will reduce for 190 after 1-Sep. Kindly guide me a better path to follow.

1) Official statement says 3 months, in general.
2) Currently all 3 subclasses have similar target period of 3 motnhs
3) No, in my understanding
4) You point for already submitted visa application is not going to change, no matter what (as points are calculated based on the day of invitation). And you can't process two application in parallel.

is there a way to get EOI approved and receive ITA before the decision of my current application for 189 with the GSM office? i want to have ITA for 190/489 in my hand....so that if my current application for 189 gets rejected then i may be able to apply again in some other visa category in a day's time (as all my documents are already prepared after putting an application for 189). in this way my points won't be reduced (after 1-Sep due to change in my age bracket) and i may be able to apply again before my deadline....

Theoretically that is possible, as long as you don't accept the invitation before thr decision of current application. The invitation will remain valid for 60 days.

However, if your visa application for 189 gets rejected, and you submit another application with exactly same documents, there is a high probability that the new one will also get rejection.

i have been granted 189 visa on Nov 4. I received an email with a visa grant attachment. I also checked and verified the details from Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system. i want to know if the received letter is enough to carry as a valid visa doc during travelling? do i need to contact my local aussie embassy?

And with question 39, do you intend to study, q40 work.. what do you answer if you're already a student and you work in Australia?
This form is a bit confusing when you're on shore..

What about the last date of your current visa?

And with question 39, do you intend to study, q40 work.. what do you answer if you're already a student and you work in Australia?
Yes

I still have a couple of years with my current one
You should just use that one as the expected departure date.

Appreciate
Is there a thread that shows the details of these forms question by question??

I read one that's a bit too broad. Is there one that goes through all of them??

There is no such thread, but there are lots of question on this. This is a good idea though, maybe someone (or me) will post one such thread.

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
