Hi, I just wanted to ask that in form 80 Q17) I am asked to submit my address history for the last 10 years. I stayed 3 years in Turkey for study purposes, should i mention that address too or is it ok to just provide permanent address of Pakistan
You have to mention your address in Turkey. You need to mention all your "current addresses" in last 10 years.

now i am applying for subclass 500, and i have to go before 1 oct 2018 as my commencment of university is 1 oct, so for proposed dates, should i mention this?
Your decision, not very important unless you have booked your flight.

Hi. I'm in Australia at the moment and I'm applying for the Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485). My question is about form 80 Part F - Employment and form 1221 Part D - Current employment details. If I'm currently working as a contractor in a company, which means I'm invoicing them for the services I provide, should I put their name in 'Name of employer' and address or should I put mine? Thank you.

Should be company’s.

Hi. I also have a question about the proposed departure date from Australia. Should I put a date that is valid for my current visa? Or can I put a date that would be right if I obtained the visa subclass 485?
As the question is about your new visa application, you should put the date considering the situation if you obtain 485.

Hi,

I have a couple of questions about form 80 for the 485 visa.

1) For the employment history of 10 years, would I need to provide evidence of employment? if I'm not able to, should i just not include employment history?

2) Q17 - residential history for 10 years - i recently spoke with a migration agent regarding this and he suggested to put down my most recent residential address however, there's a later question in the form that asks if you have any other addressses. I have stayed at previous addresses during my uni days (i recently graduated and am on my student visa at the moment) and as well as for high school (year 11 and 12) - would i have to mention these addresses?

Would appreciate a prompt response.

Thank you for your time.

Not unless that's a requirement of your visa.

I would say put all address in last 10 years, it won't hurt you.

Hi MysticRiver, i have a question about the online form. I'm rather confused about the country of residence question that is asked on the first page

as i have lived in singapore before coming to australia for my year 11 and 12 studies. would australia be my country of usual residence? or would it be singapore?

Hi Mystic,

Thank you for the response.

I had to print out my form 80 as I had filled it out electronically but however, didn't realise that the ticks weren't visible on the printed copy and uploaded the form without checking. Would you recommend re-uploading the form with the ticks? What other advice would you give?

Would appreicate a prompt response.

Thank you.

Upload again with the ticks and mention the file name as "Updated Form 80 with ticks" something like that to make it understandable for the CO

Okay thank you for the advice. Would i need to change the date on the form? Also, what if i need to upload the form again if i make a mistake? Do i just rename the file as latest update of form 80?

for wrong answer, you need to use "Update" option to clarify the wrong answers and reasons along with the correct answer. You cannot just upload a new form with correct answers. While for this tick issue, if you also made some mistake in the form, better first declare the mistake and mention that the new form 80 is uploaded with corrected answers and then upload the corrected form 80

Would I need to change the date on the form? or leave it as it is?
Which dates?
wouldn't it be suspicious if i uploaded the form twice?
No since you have made some mistakes you need to clarify before CO objects. Mention the file name as self explanatory

ah okay thanks for the information. But wouldn't the CO ask about the information?
You need to provide valid reasons for the previous wrong answers. If they were very basic then CO wont ask but it those required some documentation proof then CO might ask anything
