Hello. My ImmiAccunt status is already finalised and its been 3 weeks. I didn't receive any email from the embassy. How many more days to wait before I will have my visa?

Make sure you check your SPAM folder. Like @Family said, check VEVO. If you don't find anything anywhere, you can contact DIBP. It should not take that long once finalized.

If it has been finalised already, you should see "Granted" right beside the applicant's name and you can also view the grant letter.

I have clicked on the submit icon before the biometric process , will it be an issue and now it's been more than 3 months but still status is further assessment it is exceeding the published time frame and I have sent two mails to Embassy but no reply at all

I am in a similar situation right now.. finalised but did not any correspondence its been 1 week now. I contacted the embassy they said they have forwarded it to the case officer but i still have no response.

Hello, I think this is a new error on Australian online visa applications. I am also experiencing the same issue. My application says finalised but there is no new message as to the decision that was made. I have also checked all the folders in my email but no new mail also. My tracking detail using the TLS contact service still shows in Progress.
I have mailed the embassy more than twice and also used the online contact form but there has been no response. I have also checked using VEVO but there is no indication as to the correct decision.
Anyone that has experienced this issue and resolved it should please advise me. I am applying for a Student Visa

I am struggling with thesame thing. Visa has been finalised on the 9th august 2018 but no Info if it's granted or not. On vevo it's not clear either. I called immi number and I was asked to check my email. Or that a letter might have been sent. Still waiting as at this moment. I am really worried as I had to respond to a nj letter on health sometime ago. Does any one know what happens if the visa letter does not arrive on time and the appeals period passes ( for the case of negative decision). Eg the appeal period Is within three weeks of a decision. If your visa is finalised and you aren't sure If it was granted or not. If as some other person mentioned, it takes a few months before you get to know the decision ( by this time the appeal time frame has passed already). What happens in that situation. What options will be available to you? I emailed the CO and am auto email informed me that enquiries about visa status will not be answered. When I called they asked me to wait for the email. That it had already been sent on the 9th and should Be in my mail box somewhere. But my junk/trash or inbox has none. Any body resolved this yet pls?

It's not uncommon to have a few days of delay to receive the grant letter.

On vevo it's not clear either.

By vevo I mean visa entitlement and verification online service. So I went on there and used the trn that came with my bridging visa A. The system only gave me info about the bridging visa (a) which I hold now . It also informed that only active and granted visas will be displayed on the page. That means that atleast the pr is not possibly granted yet or atleast it might not be active just yet ( just thinking ).

I checked through my spam thoroughly including trash/ junk. It was not there. Previously I always saw there email correspondence straight in my inbox. This time is different. May I ask, from your experience have you seen a case were ones status is finalised and yet they are denied the visa afterwards? My anxiety comes from the fact that I responded to a natural justice letter on health some months ago. I read that it is a 50/50 chance of you being granted a visa if they've ask you to respond to the natural justice letter (njl). Sorry for asking so many questions. I know what is VEVO, I asked what did you mean by unclear.
Anyway, yes if you don't have it there, most likely grant is not issued. Make sure you login to VEVO with correct TRN, though it should list doen all active visas.

No, but you must realize that Finalized does not necessarily mean a grant, rather it indicates that a decision has been reached.

my immiaccount shows finalised and am referred to check my spam and my inbox but nothing seems to be there constantly have i checked as well anyone here with a solution please.i dont have an activated vevo app too and when i try they ask for a previous visa which i dont have.hope i get help here please.
