Thank you for the quick revert.

By the way, if both invitations are for visa 189? Will it be a violation since I accepted 2 invitations? And will I get an error when submitting using 1 one of the ITA (like you have a pending visa application error something and I will not be able to submit it)?
Until you pay the fee, your application is not considered as submitted. What you can do is to reject/withdraw the unsubmitted EOI once you submit your primary application

So, you are right claiming points from Sep'2011 till now. As you are in 3 years slot, you are well above margin line (as your total relevant skill is for 4 years). Hence in my opinion, you have nothing to worry about.

Regarding multiple EOIs, yes you can submit several EOIs at the same time, but you can't accept invitation from all. I guess it is well known (at least I knew :) ), just that may be people do not need to do that often.

I was reading this forum and saw this "Regarding multiple EOIs, yes you can submit several EOIs at the same time, but you can't accept invitation from all. I guess it is well known (at least I knew :) ), just that may be people do not need to do that often."

So I was wondering what will the implication of accepting 2 invites both for 189.

I agree with @mohsinciddiki, I don't think it will be regarded as accepted until you pay the fee.

Hi @MysticRiver

I've made a mistake in my EOI where EA has rejected one of my employments as I was still studying at the time of employment. However, my current employment has allowed me to gain the 1 year experience up until the time of invitation.
Would this be an issue?
What is your mistake?

What is your mistake?

Hi @MysticRiver thank you for your response.

In my invitation it has a 6 month experience that has been rejected by Engineers Australia as I was still a student while I was in that position.
However from the date of invite I still habr 1 year of experience using my current employment. Would my application be rejected as technically I have provided the wrong information in relation to my 6 month experience?

Post-invitation experience won't count. For pre-invitation experience, as EA skill assessment is known to be optional (but recommended), if your point-claiming experience claim is correct, it might be fine.

Hello again, I received their reply :) seems positive, please see it below

"Dear Yasmine

If you can support your claims for which you have got the current points and have not over-claimed it you can still go ahead and accept your invitation. However if you wish to withdraw this one you will have to wait for the 60 day invitation period ends as the EOI is now locked until the invitation expires. You can submit a new EOI anytime if you wish to do so.

Thanks
SkillSelect Support Team"

I told them I have 2 main points to discuss, one the storybu know of my MBA and two my experience. And I asked them if any possibility they withdraw my EOI or I submit an EOI and withdraw the 1st one once unlocked. And as u see above is their answer.

So what do u think??

And one more thing mystic river, I please want to confirm with you my experience points. Because ACS results are tough to interpret. I am attaching my ACS result just to make sure that my points claimed are for 3 years experience

I followed their recommendation and also based on my discussions here. I did not claim extra points and as they said I can move along with this.

Sorry I did not read ur question well. There is an inquiry in skillselect which i filled and submitted; after this I received an email from [email protected] . This was exactly 5 years ago so I can not remember the exact steps really well; but if u find it difficult to locate the inquiry I can definitely try to check again on their page.

What do you want to change exactly? Because if you just want to change some dates in your application, you can do that via your Immi account
