Hello, I just found another mistake I did in EOI. ACS assessed my skills on September 16 2015; in EOI I reflected that the from date is 01-oct-2011 (which is what ACS reflected) and end date is 30 sept 2015instead of 16 September 2015.
I.e. I added 14 days (which did not add any extra points) but data is not very correct. What should I do??

Unless you left your job before Sep 30, you were correct putting Sep 30 as end date.

Unless you left your job before Sep 30, you were correct putting Sep 30 as end date.

But you know what I did:
All what is before September 2011, I checked it as not relevant.
ACS report was received on September 16. And I submitted EOI on October 7. So what I did is the below:
01-oct-2011 till September 30 2015: relevant
Oct 1 - till date not relevant: because after assessment by ACS
Now I am very confused
I even sent them my issue through the help website they gave me. I so don't want to mess this up.

Actually the end date should be based on your current situation, not when ACS assessed. For example, if you received ACS assessment on Sep 16th, and you submitted your EOI on Oct 7th, your end date should be blank because it is clearly mentioned in EOI that:

EOI said:
If you are currently still with this employer you can leave the "date to" (end date of employment) field blank. If your circumstances change you must update your details.

Even had you left the job in between (say on Oct 2nd), the last day of your job (e.g. 2 Oct) should have been the end date, not the date your received ACS assessment. You are entitled to claim experience till the date you get your invitation, not the date your received your assessment.

Nevertheless, again as you didn't claim any extra point, it should not be an issue if you explain to your case officer. If you want to be absolute sure, may be you can just wait for the reply. But in my understanding, it shouldn't be an issue.

Hello again, I received their reply :) seems positive, please see it below

"Dear Yasmine

If you can support your claims for which you have got the current points and have not over-claimed it you can still go ahead and accept your invitation. However if you wish to withdraw this one you will have to wait for the 60 day invitation period ends as the EOI is now locked until the invitation expires. You can submit a new EOI anytime if you wish to do so.

Thanks
SkillSelect Support Team"

I told them I have 2 main points to discuss, one the storybu know of my MBA and two my experience. And I asked them if any possibility they withdraw my EOI or I submit an EOI and withdraw the 1st one once unlocked. And as u see above is their answer.

So what do u think??

And one more thing mystic river, I please want to confirm with you my experience points. Because ACS results are tough to interpret. I am attaching my ACS result just to make sure that my points claimed are for 3 years experience

I think their reply is straightforward and matches completely what I told you before. If you do not overclaim any point in EOI, that is all the points you claimed in EOI are valid, you can proceed with application no matter if you missed some info.

Regarding experience, it is pretty much clear cut as well. The start date should be the start date ACS certified as start of your relevant experience after deducting some years, and the End date should be blank (if you are still employed in the same position as of 16th Sep, when ACS asessed).

Also I don't see any attachment, but you shouldn't post it here for security reason. May be you can just take snapshot of the work related paragraph and paste it here (so that your ID or any other sensitive information is not exposed)

Sure, I copied from the document. Please see below
The following employment after September 2011 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261111 (ICT Business Analyst) of the ANZSCO Code.
Dates: 08/04 - 06/05 (0yrs 10mths) Position: Programmer Employer: Aaaa
Country: LLL
Dates: 10/07 - 09/08 (0yrs 11mths) Position: Senior Business Analyst

Dates: 04/15 - 09/15 (0yrs 5mths)
Position: Senior Business Analyst

I claimed what is after 2011.

Yeah when I received the email I thought that I should not worry anymore just as u told me and submit my application. But what about the issue of submitting 2 EOIs at the same time? Why isn't this known and people do it in case of any mistake in application?

So, you are right claiming points from Sep'2011 till now. As you are in 3 years slot, you are well above margin line (as your total relevant skill is for 4 years). Hence in my opinion, you have nothing to worry about.

Regarding multiple EOIs, yes you can submit several EOIs at the same time, but you can't accept invitation from all. I guess it is well known (at least I knew :) ), just that may be people do not need to do that often.

What does accept invitation mean? Submit the application? Once I was invited the only button I saw was Apply Visa
Mystic river u really saved me from all the worries. Your are extremely helpful and I do wish that you meet in your life people to support as u r supporting others.

Mystic river, plz one more question. In my application. What dates I should reflect for my work experience?
Should I do as in EOI and put end date as invitation date? Like below

Dates: 01-10-2011 till 30-sept-2015 Position: Senior Business Analyst
Employer: XXX
Country: EEE
Relevant Experience

Dates: 01-10-2015 till 08-10-2015
Position: Senior Business Analyst
Employer: XXX
Country: EEE
Non Relevant

Noting that ACS report was received on Sept 16, 2015.
What do u suggest?? I keep it same as EOI, I change it to from 16-November-2015 to 8-october-2015 as not relevant?

Like I said, end date should be the real one, not what ACS mentioned, not what you put in EOI. So just put todays date.

Dates: 01-10-2011 till 24-Oct-2015 (or whatever date reflects when you submit your application)
Position: Senior Business Analyst
Employer: XXX
Country: EEE
Relevant Experience

No impact on your visa decision .. however you have to pay secondary installment of extra AU$4885 at the end as a compensation of non-functional English of partner.

Hi All,

I got my assessment done by ACS where in my skill assessment Met Date is after June 2008 after deducting 2 yrs from my total experience and my experience started from 19th June 2006. In my EOI submitted on 5th July 2016, by mistake I entered the experience start date as 19 June 2008 instead of 1st July 2008. I have not over-claimed any points as I had experience of 10 yrs already on 30th June 2016.
I have already received the invitation by skill select. Now, I am in doubt whether the information I entered can be considered false and result in visa rejection.
Please advise if I should go ahead and file visa application.

Let's assume you had invitation on 1st Sep. If you did not claim points for more than 8 years from, you should be fine as that would not change any point.

Your assumption is absolutely correct as I received my invitation on 1st sep 2016 :)
I have claimed 15 points as below:
  • In skilled employment for at least eight and up to 10 years (of the past 10 years) - 15 points
On 5th July 2016 when I submitted the EOI 5th July 2016 , I was already eligible to claim 8 yrs of experience (after deducting 2 years). So, it should be fine I guess.
Please correct my understanding if I am wrong.
