I got to know that invitation round happened in november 9, 2016, is this correct? How can we find that when the next rounds suppose to happen?

Actually, this is crucial for me to understand when the december second round suppose to happen as I am going to get extra 5 points for my overseas experience on 15th of december and I will achieve 70 score at that point of time so i am hoping that i get an invite on the second round of december so that i can be in the process of visa application process. Can you please advise, if my chance of getting invite in second round of december, depends on my expected date of getting 70 points. Thanks.

Hi,

I have checked the latest 9th november invitation results and it looks like business analyst queue has been moved back in March, 2016 where as it was May, 2016 in the last round. I am unable to understand, why and what circumstances this might have happened? Can you please clarify? Thanks.

My question, this seems to be inefficient system and per my understanding, if invitation has not been accept with in 60 days and its expired and should be taken out from the queue. Why again, invitation has been sent after getting these applicants into the queue. Firstly, these applicants should be completely removed from the system, instead of sending them again invites. Am I understanding correct or did i missed anything from the previous thread? Once again thanks for your prompt response.

This seems to be a popular question now a days :). Check related discussion in below link

First, that is just an assumption, it can be a simple mistake as well, like we discussed in that link.

Second, well, fair or not fair, it is the rule. If invitation expires due to non-acceptance after 60 days, the EOI goes back to the pool.

Then.how.come.seats which are getting exhausted are 60 everytime. It means two seats are being occupied by 1 applicant just because that candidate has not responded....

Again, it is just a hypothetical situation, most likely there has been some mistake. In the hypothetical situation, this is possible when a number of invitation gets expired which had 60 points and submitted long time ago. Hence, all those EOIs will have higher ranking than the recently submitted one, though all has same 60 points.

If this was not a mistake, one situation can trigger this highly unlikely situation of simultaneous expiration of high number of invitations in a single round - when someone created lots of trial EOIs, for fun or lack of knowledge or to mess with it or out of frustration that they didn't have enough pount. Human psychology is very hard to predict. Remember, EOIs are free to submit, and do not require any validation. So anybody cab simply submit any number of EOIs with false point, just like email spams.
