I'm sorry, I didn't get why it is highly recommended, is it going to add more points for me, or it is just the same case, and I am going to take all my points in any case ?!

It will give you clear picture of your points claim. Might be there is some tenure of your job which is not relevant to your nominated occupation which EA might not assess. But if you claim that tenure too without having RSEA that might cause issues in later stage. So it is always better to first have proof of your employment and educational claim before EOI

Also, most likely it'll give additional weight (not additional point) to your claim when DHA validates your experience.
