I have heard from many sources that job hunting in Australia is entirely different from most other locations around the globe.
Some pointed out that it is best to be in the Aus to do your search, moreover approach consultancies in the field after studying the market.
Furthermore, many stated that the number of Jobs advertised online are meager compared to the total vacancies and these you can obtain through proper networking.
Considering these points, will it be possible, @MysticRiver , to have a list of major consultants in different fields categorized location-wise, available on our site; which, I believe, will be a lot more easier for many of the members as well as guests.

It is.

Some pointed out that it is best to be in the Aus to do your search
Very strong point, mostly because most of the employers want face to face interview. If you apply from abroad, your chance gets a strong blow to start with.

moreover approach consultancies in the field after studying the market.
Job agencies are a common practice in many places around the world. But I have seen more jobs via networking/acquaintances than through consultation agencies.

Furthermore, many stated that the number of Jobs advertised online are meager compared to the total vacancies and these you can obtain through proper networking.
The most important point.

Considering these points, will it be possible, @MysticRiver , to have a list of major consultants in different fields categorized location-wise, available on our site; which, I believe, will be a lot more easier for many of the members as well as guests.
Well, I do not have such a list, to be honest. If any member has any experience/knowledge, they are welcome to contribute.

A part of the websites shared, for medical or healthcare fields immigrants who dwell in South Australia, you guys should try SA Health website.

Indeed, your chances of getting an interview if you are offshore is limited. My experience for job hunting, most of the feedback are negative due to my availability in Australia.

How long have you been hunting? can you share a time period (which months). I see your grant came through in Nov 2018. Which could be close to the festive period where companies shut down or slow down their pace.

I'm still offshore and planned to move there next month.

So far I'm job hunting since my visa has been granted.

Did you hire any agent/consultant for the same or were in touch with any resourcing consultancy over there?

I don't do it yet. Perhaps might use recruiter agency when I'm moved to SA
