Hi @MysticRiver @mohsinciddiki
I did my first entry in Aug,2019 and am planning to travel again to Sydney in the first week of March,2020 .

I would be saying to my current employer that I am having some health issue and would not be coming to work for two months ie,March and April ,because its quite risky for me to quit job here due to monthly emi commitments.

Below are my concerns. Request to please advice .

1. Is March and April a good time for job hunt? I will be trying for Software Testing (Manual and Automation) profile jobs.

2. If anyone here has any similar experience ,as in,searched job under time limitations , please let me know what's the best approach.

3. Please let me know if someone here is into software testing and can help with some referrals as I heard that its mostly through reference ,one gets the job in Australia

4. Is there any whats-app or Facebook group created by job seekers? request to please share the details or add me. Will be much helpful.

Homework which I have been doing :

I have grown my LinkedIn connections gradually to over 350, out of which around 200 1st connections are Australians and many are into recruitment.
Applied for few jobs on Seek.com.au from India but didn't get any response.

Thanks in Advance.

Tough to predict a season for this. I would say, try to make some connections who are working in your field.

  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
