Hi there

I have made mistake not mentioning my job history just focused on claimed point employment. Now they send me email that I have provided fraud or misleading information to claim the points and may refuse my application. I didn’t mention all thr job details form other employers as my agent said not necessary. In this case, how can I reply to avoid pic 4020. Please advise me

If you had not claimed any points against those unclaimed jobs and you didn't get the invitation based on those, there is no need to worry. Just provide the letters and other proofs and you are good to go. But getting pic4020 suggests that you claimed something wrongly. what exactly went wrong?

Hello everyone,

Currently, I am filling out a citizenship application, and I have noticed I had done a small typo mistake in my previous PR application 3 years back, in Form 80 for my parent's city of birth, I entered my city of birth instead of my parent's city of birth but the country is correct, the typo in the city.

In the citizenship application, I have the same question to put my parent's place of birth, and I want to enter the correct city this time but I am a bit worry because my previous PR application will have a different place of birth for my parent than the citizenship application, so what should I do? please advice!

Many thanks.

You should enter the correct city in your PR application. I don't think your parents' city of birth would be a big deal, even if they ask, you can tell them it was an honest mistake.

Hi There,

I recently found out that my agent didn't upload our Form 80 on my visa application and when I contacted her, she uploaded it however there are some small mistakes, such as wrong issued date from my old passport and missing a work experience, which I'm claiming points, but all evidences are already uploaded.

I don't have a CO yet as my application is still received. Should I upload an updated Form 80?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

You should use Update Us section to correct your mistakes. In a plain document, list down the all the incorrect answers and provide correct values for those fields.

Hi Mystic River,

I have been granted a PR thru 189 two years ago. My husband is now applying for his 820 visa when I realised I made a mistake in my marital status from previous visa application. I selected "never married" when I was already engaged for a year during that time. Is this going to have severe repercussion to my husband's 820 visa application and is this likely going to affect my PR? thank you in advance.
