Do i need to notify skillselect of that state. Will it affect my case of eoi at early stage
You can exclude any part of the experience that you don't have enough documental proof. Not only this is fine, also this is the way to do it. If anyone asks (I doubt), just tell him the plain truth - you do not have any proof of that experience so you didn't claim.

Hi,
I need to claim point for relevant experience, but 2 year are before I graduated.
Engineers Australia is clear about experiencia before graduating, but not immigration.
Since I’m not going to request to EA the skilled employement assessment I only care about immigration.
Have someone claimed points for work experience before graduating?
Thanks in advance

hi MysticRiver,

I also worked for 2 companies:

Company A 3.7 years
Company B 3.5 years

Acs has deducted 2 years from company A. I am left with 1.7 years of experience. I asked my agent to left this exp but he said I can claim whole exp with these 1.7 years. As I am not having much docs for these years, can I skip 1.7 year and claim 3.5 years only? Or will there be any problem during visa process?

You are eligible to claim points for anything except those 2 years. But you are NOT bound to do that. If you want, you can exclude whole Company A experience (a common cause would be to avoid the pain of getting documents for both the companies).

Excluding any relevant/eligible experience is perfectly alright. It's your choice.

Thank you for clearing my doubt. Do you think if I am not claiming whole A part though i have 1.7 years valid, wont CO raise any question about this or would they be satisfied with my this attempt?

I don't think they will, but if someone does, I would be pretty damn straight that I didn't claim it because I didn't need it.

Hmm ... I think it's some sort of mistake, you can ask your CO, if assigned. Otherwise, you can write an explanation in a document and upload in that place.

I have made two unintentional errors in EOI, have marked one job as relevant which has been used by ACS for the initial deduction of 4 years...and the current job also marked as relevant. I don't want verification at current job(received +ve assessment from ACS for current). Even after marking both as non - relevant there won't be any change in my points.
Can I withdraw this EOI and submit new one or amend it

Once you are invited, you cannot amend it. If you want not to pursue this invitation, you can submit another EOI without accepting the current invitation (it'll expire automatically after 60 days).

However, as you did not overclaim any point, good chance that it'll not have any major issue. But, do at your own risk, can't really give any guarantees as it'll depend on how your CO will think.

Hi guys,

My gf got CO contact 2 days ago for uploading a PTE score card through website (her agent should have done this before co request). How many days it can take to get a grant after CO request? However, he has provided information same day.

@MysticRiver Hi Sir, I got my ACS SA positive with 3 years 3 months Oversea Exp, after deduction I only have 1 year 3 months Oversea Exp left.

My oversea work exp is like this:
Company A: 2 years 3 months (I cannot provide any 3rd party evidence for this period - only Ref Letter).
Company B: 1 year (I can provide good 3rd party evidence + Ref Letter).

As per advice, I marked 2 years from Company A as irrelevant and 3 months as relevant, I also marked 1 year from Company B as relevant. I know I shall end up with 0 point as only 1 year 3 months will be counted. I am concerning about is there any risk that the CO will ask me to provide 3rd party evidence for Company A even I won't claim any oversea point. What if I cannot provide them with the 3rd party evidence? Thank you very much.

Usually, you do not need to submit any evidence for the non-point-claiming experience.

Consider before posting:
  • Do not post the same thing in multiple places.
  • No personal contact and/or non-English phrase is allowed.
  • Always post in a relevant thread or open a new one.
  • Better to use the reactions in a post to congratulate/thank.
