I have received my ITA on 29th November from NSW and submitted all the required documents on 8th December 2019. Still waiting for an update from NSW on the approval. (On an Average the approval from NSW is usually a week's time)

I am now worried as there is an issue on the Australian experience dates with my ACS evaluation. My ACS report issued on November 9th 2019 for Software Tester role states that any work experience from June 2006 is suitable for software tester role. However, they marked Australian experience from Aug 2016 till 2018 Feb as I used the same set of documents that I have submitted with ACS back in 2018 for Software Engineer evaluation. when I asked ACS they said I have to provide additional documents for the period 2018 till current date for them to re-issue the assessment with the correct dates

In spite of the incorrect ACS report, I have created the EOI in skillselect on November 9th 2019 for software tester role and marked Australian experience from Aug 2016 till current date as I am working for the same organisation since 2006 and my Australian experience is more than 3 years and it is still continuing.

Luckily I got an invite from NSW on 29-11-2019 for the same EOI and submitted all the documents as requested. To prove my Australian experience, I have submitted all the PAYG for last 3 years/Bank statements for last 3 years and my company payslips as well. But I have not mentioned anything about the dates in the ACS report to NSW dept.

To correct the dates in the ACS report, I have submitted additional documents to ACS and got the corrected report now.

Please advise whether I need to send the latest ACS report to NSW dept voluntarily or should I wait for them to contact me if they need any additional proof for my Australian experience claim.

I am worried guys. :-(

Should be fine as this was the correct way to represent your experience

Your ACS report mentioned from and to? For your Australian experience? Normally it is , Onwards without end date- however as Long as you are working same position till date and can prove the same - shouldn’t be any issues

I meant - ACS letter is valid for 24 months and can be used the additional experience from the assessment as it is.

My ACS Report was issued in November 9 2019(Fresh one) and I did create EOI in Skill select on the same day for the Position code. Luckily I received the invite on 29th November 2019.

Problem was I used the same set of documents that I have submitted with ACS during 2018 for Software Engineer Evaluation thats why they have not mentioned my Australian experience from 2016 to till date rather mentioned it as 2016 till Feb 2018.

Now I have got the correct report from ACS through Review process by submitting additional documents.

Should be fine, you can provide both the ACS letter if your invite came on the previous one. But if the invite came under latest, no need to send the older
